GO2GO is a URL shortening platform that allows registered users to create short links, track click analytics, and manage their links through a web dashboard. The Service requires account registration via Google OAuth to access full features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GO2GO only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to shorten or share links that:

  • Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Lead to phishing pages or fraudulent content.
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contain illegal content including child exploitation material.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.

5. Link Management

GO2GO reserves the right to disable or delete any short link at any time without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the link violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs and do not endorse any linked content.

6. Intellectual Property

The GO2GO platform, including its logo, design, software, and content, is owned by GO2GO and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant GO2GO a limited license to process and store your links solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO2GO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
